Each collection of 25 seedlings sells for $25, and each seedling will need approximately 9” of garden space for planting.
Order your favorite blooms, and your seedlings will be ready for farm pick up & planting Mother’s Day weekend, May 9-10, 2026
Growing Information
Many seeds can be directly planted into the ground after the final frost of the season. Starting seeds early indoors allows you to get a jumpstart on plant size, but must be hardened off before planting after the final frost.
Purchasing several varieties of seeds allows for endless bouquet combinations throughout the season.
To find your final frost date so that you may begin planting, google “frost dates” with your zip-code.
Offset planting is a great technique to squeeze more plants into your gardens. Like putting cookies in between each other on a cookie sheet.
Pinching plants creates a cross intersection promoting more blooming branches for your plant.
I’m Laura, and this sweet man that I call Webby, & I have been married for almost 20 years! Webby & I purchased a farm a decade ago to raise our four kids, and we’ve been nurturing with nature ever since. Webby loads the tractor full of compost (“turdilizer”) & mulch, and helps me with the heavy lifting on our little farm, and I infuse our soil with soul, bringing beauty to life.
Together, Webby & I are first generation farmers. Our kids have a front row seat in watching us learn new skills, strive for improvement, fix what has broken and then succeed, finding joy in a job well done! Farming is a beautiful life for our family, we’re a living example of chasing progress over perfectionism, creating lasting memories & a beautiful legacy for our children to always know they are deeply loved, we will always show up for each other & that every day is meaningful to us!
Flower Farming, for me, began as a way for me to enjoy the outdoors, work with my hands and to reconnect with the parts of myself that had gotten lost through external expectations & raising my children.
In my early farming years, I believed that growing flowers began at the intersection of Art & Science. The Art of selecting color, scent & texture, mixed with the Science of soil care and pest management.
As I’ve I have become more ‘well seasoned’ in my years of growing, I’ve realized that growing beautiful flowers is a matter of skillfully using my head, heart & hands to cultivate wisdom, build community & stay present in my life as I tend to my family & my farm.
Growing on my farm has inspired me to continue growing myself! I want the internal me to match the what is reflected in my gardens—- with the knowledge I acquire, making sure I’m pouring into the next grower, while continuing to make time and space for thoughtful community!
As I move forward, I’m staying grounded in my farming values of continuing to learn and push the boundaries of growing in zone 6, to respect and invest into the land that’s been bestowed to me, and to continue to reach out and invite the next generation of growers into community!
I’m so happy to have you here! 💚
